AGRI ENTREPRENEUR GROWTH FOUNDATION (AEGF) is an independent not-for-profit organization which is registered under Section 8 of the Companies Act, 2013 and was launched on 25th January, 2019. AEGF aims to create a 'development highway' which brings access to appropriate and transformative technologies and services for smallholder farmers in India. AEGF nurture rural youth as agri-entrepreneurs to play an active role in agriculture development in their region by acting as 'one-stop partners' for smallholder farmers AEGF understand the smallholder farmer deeply and provide comprehensive brand-agnostic services to him/her through th rural youth acting as a unifying means. The firm has a vision to create wealth for resource-poor small-holder farmers in India through innovation, sustainable agriculture, and connecting them to value chains. Today, there are 5200 AEs who are currently operational out of a total of 6444 trained AEs under the program, supporting 461764 associated farmers across the nation. The aforementioned farmers collectively manage 727295 acres of land. The AEG Foundation has been certified as one of the best workspaces in India by the Great Place to Work Institute© for 2021.
