About Kuntala
Kuntala Sing is a resident of Keonjhar, the eastern most district in Odisha and probably one of the poorest areas of the state. Kuntala's family is entirely dependent on animal husbandry. However, they do not have a place to keep their chickens protected from the scorching sun or rain and other predators. A loan will help Kuntala Sing construct a shed so that her chickens can be protected. With a place to keep her chickens, she will have healthy and growing chickens, increase egg production, and be able to make her family's life more prosperous.
