About Sahada

Sahada Nayak is a member of the tribal community, residing in Keonjhar, Odisha. She and her family are into backyard poultry farming. Like her family, other families in the village also have animals and birds on which they rely for income. Sahada also keeps chickens, but her chickens are in a bad condition right now as they have not been fed properly and they do not have a good shed. She has applied for a loan to build a shed and expand her business. These chickens, if taken care of properly, will be able to produce more nutritious eggs.
