Nagpur. Masoom Organisation is the first organisation in Maharashtra to run a comprehensive 'School Transformation Program' for night school education. The Night school students are working as class IV employees, canteen, courier service and domestic servants. They come to night schools to complete 10th Std. which makes them eligible to enter into the organised sector. Masoom career cell department is one of the departments which focuses to support night school students to pursue higher education and vocational skills. After passing 10th grade from night schools, the alumni are financially supported by the Masoom (career cell department) for the various skills courses and long term courses based on their interest, so that after completion of the courses, the students' get opportunity for better jobs and the Chances of salary increment in the future.
